30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags, accessories, and packaging when applicable. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back to the original shipping address, seller address, fulfillment location, or any other address unless we have specifically authorized that return destination for your order.
Because our products may be fulfilled by different third-party fulfillment partners, the authorized return destination may vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfillment location, and circumstances of the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions for that specific order. When applicable, we will also provide or arrange an appropriate return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an address other than the authorized return destination may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is required because an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, E&K will provide an appropriate resolution and, when a physical return is required, will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible returns requested because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kjbuh1300@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos or other information that can help us evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or authorized return instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return for health, safety, hygiene, customization, regulatory, or other product-specific reasons.
Products identified as final sale or otherwise non-returnable will be identified before purchase when applicable.
Gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us first.
When a direct exchange is not available, the appropriate option may be to complete an approved return and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your authorized return, or after we otherwise complete our review of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Your bank, credit card company, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to request a cancellation.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an eligible order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If an order has already shipped, any return will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within the period required by applicable law when no shipping timeframe was stated, we will provide notice and applicable options to consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a prompt refund.
